International Buyers 

Attempting to purchase property in Australia from afar, can be a challenging and daunting experience for foreign investors not familiar with the local market. Tablelands Property Find can assist you in acquiring your investment property. Being a Far North Queensland Tablelands Region resident, we are familiar with the local procedures regarding the negotiation and buying and selling process.

Non Australian residents are to follow the Australian Federal Governments guidelines and limitations as to the type of property you may purchase. Any property purchase made, must first be approved by the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB). Conditions vary depending on whether purchasing existing property, new & ‘off the plan’ property, or vacant land.
